What a superb service

Having looked on the website I could not find what I wanted in regards to dimension. I emailed Claire on a Sunday and the response time was really impressive. Claire continued to support me throughout the day by answering all my queries extremely quickly. I purchased 2 citrine geodes that Claire pointed out to me and they are absolutely amazing. The photos and video is nothing compared to the real thing. I will definitely purchase from here again, to be honest I would not purchase from anywhere else. Delivery time and packaging was top notch, extremely fast service and very well packaged. Thanks Claire I really appreciate your patience and help.

Brilliant, just brilliant.

Browsing the website and we were very impressed with what was available. Selected an item, placed an order and waited for delivery next day. Arrived all ok. On a pallet and wrapped like you would never believe. Superb packaging, never expected there to be that much but it has done the job. Took us over 1/2 an hour before we were able to see whats was inside. 😂😂😂 Fabulous piece and wifey is well impressed. The geode was bought as a memorial and will be passed down. I have no hesitation in recommending doing business with Claire. Fantastic products, comprehensive updates of order progress and any questions answered within minutes. Thank you Claire. Nice job.

Huge amethyst geode…

We ordered a huge amethyst geode weighing 77kg. The response was excellent and it was expertly and significantly packed in bubble wrap, loaded on a pallet and arrived safely according to schedule. From ordering online, talking with the lovely and patient owner and arranging what turned out to be super fast and super efficient delivery (equally lovely driver - who we tipped) and our beautiful Amethyst Cave/Geode arrived well packaged and secured on a pallet, bound in masses of bubble wrap. Driven from Durham to Cheshire and arrived early morning too. Faultless and flawless service. The Amethyst was absolutely stunning. Quite some weight and the richest, deepest purple interior with eye-opening large pieces of quartz crystals growing inside it. A masterpiece! Highly, highly recommended. What a Christmas gift! Well done Claire, I thoroughly, thoroughly, thoroughly recommend your business for the products, the communication and the overall experience. We will be back soon! I came across the amethyst geode online being sold directly from the Jewel Crystals website (they are also on eBay too) and was really impressed in comparing it to others at the same price. When on the Jewel Crystals website I also really liked a Citrine mini-geode which I ordered too. Within just a few working days Claire had passed on the shipping company details, informed me of how they deliver (arrives well wrapped on a pallet) and was easily contactable if needed. Excellent quality items

I have never ordered from this company before but decided to purchase a couple of pretty good quality Amethyst pieces. Was I pleased with the piece's that arrived, of course I was. They were mighty impressive crystal pieces that I have not seen like this quality elsewhere. The cut base Amethyst pieces is super and the Amethyst cluster is pretty big and heavy and a nice deep colour. For the price, I think it's worth it. Yes they might be a tad more expensive than other crystal sites etc but for the kind of quality I received, it was well worth it. The website is easily navigated and has integrated videos showing actual pieces that you will receive along with detailed descriptions of the items and sizes. Shipping for me was quick too. I am definitely looking forward to my next purchase from this site. If you are looking for some serious pieces of good quality crystals then you won't be disappointed trying Jewel crystals. Breathtaking Heart Citrine x

We received the citrine heart and were blown away by it in every single way. The depth of the colour, the cut and polishing of the stone. Incredible. Worth every penny!!!! Customer service was outstanding. Sadly this wasn’t for us to keep for ourselves but a gift for our beautiful niece and her amazing girlfriend .... a housewarming gift to mark the first house they’ve bought together❤️ They received it today and they loved it!
