Q: How do I place an order?

A: Before placing an order, you should browse or search for the item you are looking for on the website. Using the menus or search box will help you find the items to choose to purchase.

You can change the quantity you want to purchase by clicking the number in the quantity box. This number will automatically be set to 1, so if you click add to basket, 1 will be added but you can increase should you wish to. You can then continue shopping or go straight to checkout.

Q: How do I checkout?

A: Once at the checkout you can either checkout as a guest, or sign up for an account. It would be recommend to sign up for an account as it makes checking out easier next time by storing your billing and shipping addresses.

We never store your credit card details and Jewel Crystals Ltd. a very secure shopping experience, so you can shop with confidence.

Q: How do I enter a discount code?

A: Once at the checkout you you can also apply any discount codes here by entering the code at the checkout screen.

Q: How do I find measurements and dimensions on a product?

A: To find out more information on a product, click on the item to view the details or look at the items title. You’ll see measurements, dimensions and weights etc.

Q: What are the delivery charges for orders from the website?

A: All deliveries are free within UK except when shipping internationally, in this instance, please email to request a price and advise of postal or zip code and we’ll advise the best possible carriage price and timeframes.

Q: Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

A: All major credits cards are accepted, also PayPal, we can also accept Bank Transfer, email sales@jewelcrystals.co.uk in order to do this.




Q: Can I enter a different delivery address to my billing address?

A: Yes you can enter a different delivery address to your payment address.



Q: How do I know my order has gone through ok?

A: Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation., you may need to check your junkmail. Please check all details for delivery address to ensure its correct as this is where your order will be dispatched to. If you spot a mistake please email sales@jewelcrystals.co.uk

Q: I forgot to add items to my order, can you now add them?

A: If you just email us at sales@jewelcrystals.co.uk we will do our best to add them to the original order and will confirm depending on timeframes.

Q: Can I change my address after placing my order?

A: Usually not but we will try to offer a solution so please just email sales@jewelcrystals.co.uk to advise.

Q: How long will delivery take?

A: We use external couriers and delivery usually only takes a few days, in any instance tracking is provided.

Q: What exactly happens after ordering?

A: We receive your order, you get an order confirmation emailed to you, we personally hand pick your item, wrap as safely and securely as possible, your carriage is booked, tracking is emailed, then the item is sent to you 

Q: I ordered the wrong item, can I return or exchange?

A: Yes this is no problem, we will gladly help to come to a resolution.

Q: How do I cancel an order after it has been placed?

A: If your order has not been processed we should be able to cancel it before it leaves for dispatch. Please email sales@jewelcrystals.co.uk to advise and we’ll do our best to help. 

Q: Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes an invoice will be emailed to you.
Q: I haven’t received my delivery, what should I do?

A: Please email sales@jewelcrystals.co.uk advising the date of purchase and your postcode and we’ll investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: How do I go about returning an item?

A: In the rare occasion you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email sales@jewelcrystals.co.uk explaining the reason you’re looking to return the item.

The buyer is responsible for paying for the safe return of the item. We recommend you send items back via tracked / signed for delivery as we can’t accept responsibility for lost items.

Q: I received the wrong item, what should I do?

A: Please email sales@jewelcrystals.co.uk along with a photograph and we’ll arrange for the return of the item and either refund or exchange.

A: Here at Jewel Crystals Ltd. we have a policy that ensures you can shop with real confidence, we always research our suppliers fully. We only deal with quarries and suppliers that have a strong ethical policy in place, we operate a fair trade policy. We also ensure that all products we source come from sustainable supplies.

Q: What quality / grade are your crystals?

A: At Jewel Crystals Ltd. we have a real passion for crystals, quality matters, why settle for anything less!? We only source the highest quality products and hand pick most items so that if we are happy then you the end customer are happy too. All of our items are authentic and of supreme quality and colouring and are all genuine.
